What is RTM?
Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM) is a neurological intervention that eliminates the symptoms of PTSD.
RTM’s non-traumatizing visual exercises uses the client’s own imagery to separate the traumatic memories from their traumatic feelings, which ultimately provides clients with relief from their PTSD symptoms such as nightmares, flashbacks, vivid memories, emotional flooding and disconnection, hypervigilance, and sleep, memory, and concentration difficulties, by restructuring its traumatic imagery. With over a 90% success rate and only three to five sessions, RTM can help those living with intrusive symptoms of PTSD regain a sense of normalcy and peace in their day-to-day lives.
